Staykey Capital is a privately held real estate investment firm that focuses on the acquisition and management of Short-Term Rental (STR) properties in California, Tennessee, and Hawaii.
We purchase properties that pass our strict underwriting standards and that are positioned to perform well in a variety of market conditions.
We manage them to the highest hospitality standards to maximize our returns.
Since its inception, Staykey has purchased 7 top-performing STRs with a combined value of $10 million in the Gatlinburg, TN; JoshuaTree, CA; and Maui, HI markets.
After analyzing deals all across the country, we targeted these markets because they offer some of the most attractive risk-adjusted returns in the country. Our properties consistently perform within top 1-5% of listings within their respective markets.
